    $8,500 - You get a complete PPM along with subscription agreement and investor questionnaire.
  • $10,000 - You get a complete PPM along with subscription agreement, investor questionnaire, and a completed SEC Form D, which must be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
  • $15,000 - You get a complete PPM along with subscription agreement, investor questionnaire, and a completed SEC Form D, which must be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.  In addition, we will submit your PPM to registered broker-dealers that can help you actually raise the capital you need.

    Legal Review Fee
